Which countries does Dagsmejan ship to?
Through our delivery partners we ship our products worldwide. For deliveries within Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please visit our Swiss shop dagsmejan.ch. Orders for all other countries can be placed on dagsmejan.com.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment centre before it is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping worldwide for any order above GBP 150. For orders below GBP 150, please see overview below:

Are there any other customs and fees?
For deliveries within the European Union, UK and Canada, no additional customs fees will incur. For deliveries outside of these areas, there may be additional handling and / or customs fees or duties. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be payable at the time of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship your goods as quickly as possible. Average shipping times can be found below. Please note that during peak times (holidays or specific sales) longer delivery times may occur.
UK & Europe: 3-5 working days
USA & Canada: 2-4 working days
Rest of World (Asia and Oceania, S&C America, Middle East, Africa): 4-5 working days

The delivery of your package is provided by our logistics partners in partnership with local delivery partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation and information for tracking your order. Please note that we can only provide the tracking information as provided by our local delivery partners.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.
An item is missing from my shipment. Will it be sent later?
Usually, all products are shipped together. If an item should not be available, customer service will contact you as soon as possible. If an item is missing from your order without prior information, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel. What should I do if I have not received my package within the stated delivery times?
Please note that during peak times (holiday or specific sales) the delivery times can be longer than usual. If you have not received your order within the stated delivery times, please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can follow-up with our logistics partner.
Premium box versus light packaging
When ordering your goods, you can decide if you want them delivered in a premium gift box or a light polybag. Both options are fully recyclable. Bulkier items such as the women’s relaxwear cardigan will be delivered in a giftable fabric bag.
