Dagsmejan Return Policy & Sleep Comfort Guarantee
Dagsmejan has a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. In fact, we are so confident that you will love your new sleepwear that we even offer you to sleep in it for up to 14 days! If you're not happy, you can return your product for a full refund. The 14 days start upon receipt of the goods.

Please note: Gift sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the gift set is possible.
What can I do if the items ordered don’t fit or I don’t like them?
Should an item not meet your expectations or you just need another size, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt of the goods. You can even test-sleep your new Dagsmejan pyjamas for up to 14 days. Faulty items may be returned at any time.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is very easy, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account using the “account” tab on our website or follow this link: http://dagsmejanreturn.returnscenter.com
- If you reached the return center following the link, please enter your order number and email address and click «Find your order»
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 2-3 working days
- Put the item(s) you wish to return and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or polybag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
- Address the outside of the package with the return label you have received; make sure that it covers the existing
- Take your package to the nearest post office.
We will refund your return upon arrival of the package in our warehouse. Normally the returns take 4-6 working days, in busy seasons it can take longer. Please allow for up to 10 working days before contacting us.

Who is paying for the returns?
We constantly work on finding the best solution when it comes to returns. We can currently offer free returns for Switzerland, Liechteinstein, EU countries as well as the US. We are also working on a solution for free returns in Canada – please bear with us.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Always retain proof of postage.
How will I be refunded for a returned item?
You will be refunded the value of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. If you have paid for your order by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
How long does it take to receive the refund for a returned item?
Normally 3-5 working days after the returned item has been received (but please allow up to 15 days).
What about returns purchased with a gift card?
If you have paid for part of your purchase with a gift card the gift card itself is non-refundable but you can use it on a future purchase.
Gift cards are always non-refundable; however they are valid up to 2 years so you have plenty of time to find a product that suits you perfectly.
When can my refund be refused?
Dagsmejan reserves the right to refuse a return if the goods have been damaged or the return is incomplete. This does not impact your statutory rights.
