I am loving this sleep shirt even more than I thought I would. I didn't fully understand why the arms were styled relatively snugly, but the reason is so they do not ride up during the night. It is very comfortable and it helps me regulate my body temperature much better. Now, if my arm is outside the covers I am still comfortable. I have a cotton long-sleeved sleep dress but the arms ride up and it doesn't regulate heat as well. I am going to buy a shirt and pants set, as on very cold nights I find myself wishing for something fully covering my legs.

Sleeping better with this shirt, which is a big win - better than either no shirt or Eberjay sleepshirt. The snug, extra long sleeves reduce waking up numb from arm coming out from under the duvet. Night sweats also less but still happen - I got a second of these and switch if I wake up in the middle of the night with it wet.

I’m a hot sleeper, so I wouldn’t go for the warming products but kinda wish this was just a drop thicker - primarily in the arms. And having to hang dry is annoying but at least it’s machine washable.

Basically - not perfect but the best I’ve found and good enough to have bought two

I really am loving both the Long Sleeve and the Short Sleeve sleepshirts I purchased online. The material is just so cosy and comfortable without being heavy or bulky. It sort of like a dream that sleepwear could be this comfortable! Getting ready to purchase two more in different colors! I like the companies purpose and principles, including sustainability.
